Service is fast most times. Had a bad experience waiting for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged once. Pho soup is tasty.

Food was excellent. Taste and flavor spot on and everything from the soup to the bean sprouts to cut lime wedges, done correctly. I will explain the three stars in a moment. First, I ordered the beef with brisket. I was tempted to order the one with tendon or the beef balls, but this was my first time at this restaurant, I just wanted to have a decent meal. Having grown up for many years in the Bay Area, I know to what to me, good Pho should taste like. I moved to AZ, and there was only one Vietamese restaurant there and it wasn’t any good. Pho Kobe seems to do everything, especially in flavor and taste correctly. This tells me they are using the right ingredients and know how to cook the food the right way. I recognized the same taste from my Bay Area, Nor Cal days, and it is a lot less greasy. Which is good. Up North, it is more common to add greasy fats to the soup out of tradition. Thankfully, they don’t do it here. My three stars are for service. It was quick, but the staff was not as friendly or welcoming as I would have hoped. I got the feeling I was just another customer to be served and processed. If the service were better, then it would easily be five stars. Food: Excellent: above average in taste Prices: Mid-range: not a cheap menu Service: Quick, okay

It is an ok place to have a quick lunch since they have a variety of selection of Vietnamese food. Their specialty is not Pho like the way they named the restaurant
